Module 2: Building confidence in Communities and Promoting Citizenship. This module concentrates on victims and witnesses of asb, learn how to set up a witness service and how to use your witnesses experiences positively to promulgate confidence. This module also looks at how to encourage key members of the community to work with you to tackle asb and empowers you to form inspirational relationships with partners and the community.

Module 3: Neighbourhood Management: Casework and court. This module concentrates on the essential skills you will need to successfully challenge asb with legal action. This module will enable you to build a case for legal action, instruct solicitors and support your witnesses with confidence.

Module 4: Maintaining Effective Management of ASB in Neighbourhoods: Senior practitioners and managers will benefit from this module which looks at anti social behaviour strategies.How to motivate teams dealing with asb, reviewing cases at a senior level. Co-ordinating approaches and meeting targets.
